Never mind I fixed it! I cant beleive something as stupid as this caused the problem but my cord wasnt plugged in all the way into my wall. *sigh*

I dont want it to take that long jesus, lol. I uninstalling the network adapter driver and reinstall it, and the problem persisted. I should mention that it says that it's an unidentifiable network, and that I have no connection (when i click on the internet icon on the bottom right corner near the desktop). When i try to troubleshoot my network it also says that my ip for this device isnt configured. Excuse the errors in my grammar if there are any I just woke up lol.

Hey, I just built a PC for the first time, and after installing windows I cant seem to connect to the internet through ethernet cable, and I cant connect wirelessly as I dont have a wifi adapter. I've tried resetting my router, and changing the cords so I dont know what to do now.
