So here's there issue, for some reason my Gaming PC isn't performing up to it's standards as it should be. I find it annoying that it can only run Insurgency: Sandstorm on LOW Settings for an average of 45FPS. It runs MORDHAU at 45-60FPS on MEDIUM. I don't know the issue here considering I have a rig that should handling everything perfectly fine. If you need any other tests for me to run just say so. I have a fair amount of games I can play to test the FPS if you'd like. Also, let me know if you need any other info on my PC itself.
