RAM to 6000 CL30 since that's the sweet spot
 
CPU cooler to a thermalright Phantom Spirit since it's one of the best air coolers around and it's cheap (only 3 euros more than the pure rock 2 and much better)
 
Motherboard to a higher end, better looking b650 gaming plus wifi
 
SSD to an NM710 but if you prefer the NM790 then go for that one
 
PSU to a higher wattage, Tier A unit for only 9 euros more
 
GPU to a three fan version since it was the same price and will offer better cooling 
 
Case I'd actually get the CC560 ARGB that was in your original listing, since that one has ARGB fans, sorry for the mistake
 
CPU is the same since it's great for gaming
