    I'm planning to upgrade my cpu from I5 6500 to Ryzen 5 3600. I'm planning on getting an x470 motherboard but don't know which model is the best in terms of low budget. I'm also considering b450 or a cheap but good x570 CPU - i5-6500 Motherboard - Maximus 8 Hero GPU - GTX 1660ti RAM - G.skill ddr4 3600 mhz 8x2 cl16 SSD'S - Samsung 850 Evo 500gb - Kingston A400 480gb (planning to replace this with Samsung 970 Pro/Evo 500gb considering the bad performance in the benchmark in the link below, thoughts?)     2133 by defaulted boosted to 3600mhz

    I have an Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo, G.Skill Trident X 8x2 ddr4 2133mhz ram and an i5-6500 cpu. What I do is I go to bios and I change the AI Overclock Tuner from auto to XMP. And the memory frequency changes from 2133 to 3600. I haven't tried doing it manually.

    Its 1920 x 1080, 60hz I play lots of games but I only notice the problem when running games such as Battlefield 1. Whenever I play Battlefield 1, the CPU % reaches up to 100% and the game starts to lag causing stutters with mouse and movements and fps drops. Stuttering also occurs sometimes when I have multiple tabs of chrome open.

    PC set-up: OLD: Graphic card gtx 960 paired with mobo Asus Maximus VIII Hero with I5-6500, PSU-Corsair 650w & G.Skill Trident X DDR4-16GB RAM 2133 hz. Samsung 480GB SSD & WD 1TB HHD NEW: replaced gtx 960 to gtx 1660ti, added Kingston A400 480GB SSD & Seagate Baraccuda 7200 1TB Need some advice for the following; 1. Can the new GPU achieve its full potential with the current set-up? If NOT. Any suggestion? 2.
