I found that it's coming from the GPU. It stops buzzing whenever I turn off the GPU fans (I guess I didn't turn them off properly last time). But the sequential chirping/squeaking noise keeps coming from the gpu, even with the fans off.

I cannot tell for the life of me. I tried listening for it but I just can't tell if it's louder or not. Also it conveniently got a lot less frequent right now so I had to wait a while to even hear it. There's certainly not anything blocking the psu fan. But there is noticeable static noise coming from it so it very well could be a bit faulty.

It just keeps buzzing, it's driving me insane. I can't figure out where it's coming from, I tried turning off all the fans to see where it's coming from but it never stopped. I included an audio recording of it in the post. You can't hear it here, but it makes a very slight squeaking sound right before buzzing. The buzzing sometimes stops, or gets less frequent but I always hear the squeaks in the exact sequence as the buzzing is at it's most frequent. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how I can fix this/figure out where it's coming from. I suspect it's the GPU but I really can't tell. Building a budget PC, right now at around 560€ (without the monitor), hopefully keeping it around that price point - I have no desire to get it to 600€ if not necessary. All of those boards are 160-170€+ with shipping. Couldn't find the teamgroup, any other good cheaper ones to look for? Otherwise there's the gammix s70 for 142€. Still looking for a better/cheaper case, very little choice on amazon. Might have to look at local stores. No second hand PSUs like that anywhere here, gonna have to buy new. I'm considering the Sapphire Pulse 7800XT atm, goes a bit overbudget, but I'll see if I can stretch it a bit. Also no good deals on the used ones.

The RAM has a fixed 15€ shipping fee, but I found this Corsair CL30 for 135€ which should be good? Which one of the cheaper SSDs would you recommend? Found this Meshify C to replace the case. nvm just saw it's mini tower Motherboard also has fixed shipping fee, 20€...

The list is already a bit overbudget so I'm hoping to make it a bit cheaper, or at least better for the price. All prices are from amazon.de (shipping to Slovenia) except the GPU which is used. Unfortunately the case has 20€ shipping... A whole lot of previously available cases have sold out recently on amazon, so there's not much to choose from. Maybe the NZXT H5 Flow? And the PSU costs the same on amazon. There is a corsair cx650 but it's non-modular. Sorry I forgot to note I'm in Slovenia, so amazon is the only store that ships here.

I'm building a gaming pc. Budget was around 1000€. Parts list was about 3 months old, so prices changed and some things went out of stock so I had to change some things.
