  1. We have been thought this already, but you still will not provide any evidence or actual average fps numbers. What is your average fps in the games you are playing? (List the games and the fps in those games) How many sticks of RAM do you have?
  2. Ebay is the gamble, but I guess you could make a claim through eBay and get your money back if it does not work. The OP can just deal with a watermark in the corner for a little bit.
  3. The op's system cannot do quad channel. It will still be dual channel with 4 sticks installed. @Fluuwu
  4. Check out the Mini LED stuff. I can't tell you which ones to choose, it may be something you need research and see in person.
  5. Edit: My bad, I was thinking about flashing the modules in the car for most cases. Sync updates can be downloaded directly from Ford and saved on a usb drive. https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/sync-updates/download-sync-with-myford-touch-software-updates-to-a-usb-drive/ Your best bet for finding more info on this is joining the Ford forums. The system may be tied to your vehicle's VIN, so I don't know if the update will work if you received the files from someone else, just keep that in mind.
  6. What frequency is your RAM running at? Have you tried other RAM modules?
  7. That would also mean no ROG reboot. I'll have to go check out why they are dropping Asus.
  8. What the hell is with these three sponsored videos in a row? Something feels a bit off.
  9. Before you reinstall windows, try this https://superuser.com/questions/1531287/why-does-my-task-manager-say-one-core-but-device-manager-shows-8#:~:text=You have inadvertently disabled your, the BOOT Advanced Option` window. Reinstalling windows is the last resort.
  10. This explains the lower performance, only 2/3rds of the cpu are active. Last hope before reinstalling windows is to do a bios reset. You can locate the reset cmos pins an jump them or just remove the battery. Shut pc off, turn the switch on the power supply off and unplug it first.
  11. WTF! Something is not right. Go in the bios and see if you can activate all 6 cores.
  12. I have faith in all of you. The mods and admins are some of the key players that keeps this forum a great.
  13. Turn it off. Also, do yo have a 60Hz monitor? There are some good reasons to have Vsync on, but for this purpose turn it off.
  14. Is Vsync on in most of the games? Check the temps and clocks and report back after.
  15. Don't trust those bs calculators. What other games are you playing? What fps are you getting?
  16. Ok That is a lot of spam accounts, so good job on taking care of that.
  17. Is the 5800X not cutting it for you? Have you tried PBO and overclocking?

My PC case having some sorta allergic reaction

That is rust from underneath the paint. It's probably cheap Chinese steel or was not properly treated before it was painted. You can sand it all down, primer it and repaint it.
  19. Depends on your use case, but the 2600X is generally plenty strong for that setup.
