The system may be tied to your vehicle's VIN, so I don't know if the update will work if you received the files from someone else, just keep that in mind.

What frequency is your RAM running at? Have you tried other RAM modules?

This explains the lower performance, only 2/3rds of the cpu are active. Last hope before reinstalling windows is to do a bios reset. You can locate the reset cmos pins an jump them or just remove the battery. Shut pc off, turn the switch on the power supply off and unplug it first.

WTF! Something is not right. Go in the bios and see if you can activate all 6 cores.

Turn it off. Also, do yo have a 60Hz monitor? There are some good reasons to have Vsync on, but for this purpose turn it off.

Is Vsync on in most of the games? Check the temps and clocks and report back after.

Don't trust those bs calculators. What other games are you playing? What fps are you getting?

Is the 5800X not cutting it for you? Have you tried PBO and overclocking?

Depends on your use case, but the 2600X is generally plenty strong for that setup.
