3050 isn't really worth buying, for starters.

Also, Xeons are quite segmented in BIOS compatibility, meaning that interchangeability is limited. cpu-upgrade.com can help in terms of finding which are more likely to work with your board and socket. Chipset is everything.

I don't think the T5600 supports Ivy Bridge processors, even with a BIOS update. You should have your pick of the Sandy Bridge Xeon line, though!

You asked the right question at the right time XD
i was just archiving my old games around christmas...

even the first one is there, it came with the first PC in our house that could "game" XD
    Midtown Madness 2
soon to be followed by Anno 1602 for 5€ at a local supermarket
and then brand new Anno 1503, where my dad bought the Add-On (nowadays DLC XD) and we couldn`t get it to work for days until we realised we needed the basegame too...
others are Red Baron 3D, Civ III, Big Oil, the Settlers 2 and Alien Nations (JoWood Game)

tried some of the games, but Windows 10 doesnt like them... (seems like some 16bit stuff hidden in there)
Should have kept Win7 around on at least one PC, because i didnt notice any not working on 7.

Then i bought Empire: Total War in a Store only to find a Letter inside the box with a Steam Key.
After discovering Steam Sales i didnt buy more than 10 games as physical copys... (only at big discounts or games that you no matter what couldnt get digital)

biggest difference, i really played all games i own physical copys of. cant say that about my steam library 😞

Considering software i really like the Affinity Products (Photo, Designer, Publisher) which you can get for 50€ each.
I dont really miss any,Photoshop Features. But that might be because of my workflow...

The way Designer and Photo are working with Publisher is quite comfortable from my perspective.

@PixelPol I dont have anything to add XD Well written.

Honestly, you have some pretty decent lenses already. A nifty fifty, a tele, and another wide angle. @Teradore already listed some other good sigma options, but honestly with 500 euros, you might want to buy a new camera all together. You could easily buy an SL2 (200D), or a used full-frame camera.

If you don't want to replace your camera and decide against those two lenses (17-70 and 17-50), a nice all-around Sigma lens I have is the 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3. It's really good "tourist" lens, and is good for shoots like weddings as well because of the flexible focal length. I try to stay away from zooms for street shooting, tho.

the best two i could find are both sigma lenses.

Well it's prime day. I recommend this ssd from samsung. Really good deal, don't miss it out.
Also if you happen to have a cd drive or at least a bay you could buy a cd caddy which uses the cd drive bay for space for an additional hard drive (my asus laptop came preinstalled with one) and in your 200-300 euro budget you should be able to buy a good hard drive as well for bulk storage that is.
Edit: Just looked and there are no prime day deals on hard drives.  And the only deals on ssds are on the 240gb sandisk or 1tb samsung ssd. So yeah recommend getting the samsung one.

Honestly, the choice making point would be how much would you fork out for storage.
In no way will a WD Blue be crippled against a WD Black.
Likewise, a toshiba drive will be cheaper, but not unusable for your application (nor a noticeable downgrade)

Just snatch a good price off a discounted SDD/HDD and ur gud 2 go.
No need to wreck your brain cells on this.
