  1. Thank you. That is what is I was leaning more towards more but was not fully sure
  2. So I was finally able to order an evga rtx 3070 but I have never owned a gpu that needed two 8 pin connections on it. So will my cable in the picture be enough or do I need a second cable also? The cable shown is 8 pin on one end, then the other side is duel 6+2
  3. I updated the bios and the issue is the same. R15 runs correctly but r20 runs 300MHz slower
  4. Sorry I forgot to mention I already set it to 0 and I doubled checked to make sure it saved
  5. I am really new to cpu overclocking so sorry in advance if this is a dumb question. So I have overclocked my I7 9700k to 5.1Ghz and in task manager it shows it. But every time I run cinebench 20 it suddenly drops by 300 MHz (4.8GHz) during the whole test and immediately goes back to 5.1 at the end. I tried 5Ghz and it dropped to 4.7. Stock 4.9 to 4.6 No matter what its set to it drops it by 300Mhz. It shows it in task manger and in core temp. Am I just missing a setting or is this normal for the app? Also temps are in the low 70C for the whole test. Avx offset is set to 0 also cpu- I7 9700k Msi 390 Gaming plus 32gb ripjaws 3400 cl17 Windows 10 latest update
  6. I currently have a cheap case and I'm looking to upgrade it but need recommendations. - budget $200 USA -current color scheme red and black - atx motherboard -mid tower I was thinking CRYSTAL SERIES 570X RGB ATX MID-TOWER CASE — Red but a corsair rep told me they might be discontinuing the case.
  7. I am going to be changing motherboards in my system for the first time and wanted to know if there is any software things I should aware of? Like if I need to delete certain drivers or anything else. I currently have a msi b360 gaming plus and will be changing it to a msi z390 gaming plus. I'm running a i7 9700k already, so I will not be changing out any hardware besides the motherboard. I am also running the latest version of windows 10. The reason I'm changing is I want to do some overclocking on my cpu and ram but can't on my current board. Thanks for any tips or advice!
  8. I'm trying to decide which cpu to get. I already have the motherboard and I am Not looking to over clock. The non k is around $50 cheaper. Besides that the only real difference is wattage and the non k is 3 gHz and boosted to 4.7 gHz and the k is 3.6 gHz and boosted to 4.9 gHz. Is the extra I'm getting from the k worth it or would I be fine saving the money?
