  1. Okay, the drive has reappeared and is no longer saying that it "doesnt exist". However Im installing Borderlands 3 atm and it hasn't shown any data for "reading" only "writing" and im 7gb through. Should I use that a sign that somethings wrong?
  2. where is smart chart? Is it a preinstalled service?
  3. Im not sure how to do/check that? I dont know how to access BIOS my pc boots past it way before my monitor even turns on. Also I cant get inside my PC very easily as it is a Corsair One
  4. My D drive all of a sudden wont show. I went into disk manager to take a look and it says "A device which does not exist was specified". I have no clue what to do please help.
  5. Sorry to interrupt, where did you get the info for this release date? I spoke to a support member at OCUK and he said they don't know when it will be available yet. I'm super interested in this monitor so a reply would be appreciated. Thanks
  6. I am planning on upgrading but sadly Im not made of money, probably the end of 2020. Thank you for the positive input, was starting to panic a bit
  7. from current games I would say The Witcher 3 is the most demanding I play. However I want to get the new Borderlands, COD, Cyberpunk etc. Graphical settings as high as possible
  8. Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading to LG's new UltraGear NanoIPS monitor when it releases soon, its 1440p and 144hz. My PC has a i7-7700k and a GTX 1080 with 16gb of ram. Will I be able to play most/all games at max settings at 144hz? Or do I need a super beefy PC to achieve that?
  9. This was originally my number 1 choice! but I've read that it has a tendency to be a 'luck of the draw' when you buy one, as in it's often defective.
  10. I've seen this around, I'll check out some reviews, thanks for the idea (Y)
  11. Thanks for the suggestion dude but Im currently switching from an MSI monitor and I kinda wanna try something different as I've had a lot of issues with this one
  12. Hey guys, I'm looking to buy myself a bad*ss monitor for my gaming setup within the next week or two. I'm currently running on a GTX 1080 with an i7-7700k and am looking for something with 1440p and 144hz (minimum) as I'm mostly into competitive gaming but also really appreciate a great picture. I'm seeing mixed reviews everywhere so was just interested in some of your opinions, what is the best choice overall in your opinions? Price is no question however Im not interested in the $2000 crazy displays haha. Look forward to any suggestions
  13. Thank you both for the help. I borrowed a monitor and DP cable from work and tested it when I got home today. Turns out the DP on my monitor is broken so that sucks, anyways problem solved.
  14. I have 2 DP on my GPU as its a GTX 1080 and I only have 1 port on my monitor. I used to run it on DP atc144hz 1080p but it just stopped working
  15. Hi, I was just wondering if anybody could give me a hand with this. My DP hasn't been working for a while now and I'm thinking of upgrading to a G-Sync Monitor so I want to find the cause of the problem before potentially wasting a load of my hard earned cash. It's either the Port on my monitor, the cable, or my GPU and I have no other devices around to test on. Are there any ways (other than unplugging from power etc) that I can work this out? My current monitor is a MSI Optix G27C2 (https://www.msi.com/Monitor/Optix-G27C2) and my PC is a Corsair One Pro 1080 (first model). It might be worth adding that the DP had worked originally, I just woke up one day and it didn't anymore. Thanks to anybody who can help
