    I’d get a super for 30-40$ more and more vram, else go with EVGA, as their warranty and customer service is unrivaled.

    Depending on the quality of your CPU, you may be able to get quite the performance boost. The prime isn't a high quality OC board but it's serviceable for moderate clock speed increases, if you're getting your lowest voltage possible.

    basic and inexpensive, with room for a minor OC (which is what you'd be limited to with that H60 anyways) and lots of features like good I/O.
     
    Have you already bought the PCU cooler? A cheap AIO isn't worth much over a cheap tower cooler, the coolermaster hyper 212 black is cheaper than that H60 and will fulfill your needs.
