  1. Hey guys & gals, im looking to install a custom loop in my Dynamic 011 using the corsair XD5 pump, XR7 Rad & XC7 cpu block. The only reason im chosing corsair is because ive got all corsair LL & QL 120 fans at the moment and would really like all my rgb controlled from a single software and ive started corsair so i may was well continue. My real question is; Is it possible to mount the XD5 pump to the back of the case (the grill thats too small forr a 120 fan) with a rad above? I can't seem to find any examples of it online so i'm not sure if its just not got the clearance Any help with the matter would be greatly appreciated, because i wanna know if it'll fit before i go buying the parts and trying it. Kind Regards, MJ
  2. Hey guys & gals, Looking into upgrading my current rtx 2060 to a 2080 super however i only have a 550W 80+ bronze PSU. I would plan on that being next upgrade after the GPU purchase, most likely to 750W 80+ gold. Would the 550W psu be sufficent to run a 2080 super or do I NEED to upgrade my psu first. Any help would be much appreciated Current specs CPU AMD Ryzen 3600 Motherboard Aorus B450 Elite RAM 2x 8Gb 3200MHz Corsair Vengance RGB Pro GPU MSI RTX 2060 Ventus OC Case Corsair 275r Storage 1x 500gb m.2 crucial NVME SSD & 2TB 7200 RPM Seagate Barracuda PSU Corsair CX 550M
  3. I am currently having issues whenin i try to launch a game from steam (in this case splitgate, but have similar issues with rocket league) and i the game wont launch saying there is an error with unreal engine. I have updates my drivers through windows and updated my geforce drivers, but had no avail. Also I have tried a hard system reboot and a reboot of steam. Anyone got any ideas at all ?
  4. ISSUE SOLVED I had my tv plugged in as a 4th monitor and it was attempting to show the bios on that display. i didnt notice because my tv was turned off
  5. i used that method to get into the bios but i just get the boot light on the motherboard and nothing happens
  6. Hey guys I'm trying to access my UEFI so i can perform a bios update (just for the AMD agesa updates), however whenever i try to boot into the BIOS (using shift-click resart, advanced options, boot to uefi method) i recieve a boot light on my motherboard. when i click the pc reset button i boot to windows perfectly (i have fast boot enabled). Anyone got any ideas? only upgardes ive made recently are adding an AIO and a few fans. no changes to drives, ram or cpu. (my system details are attatched)
  7. I had a similar issue using 3200Mhz memory on my aorus b450. It may be an issue with the memory timings. if you can give me list of your timimgs i might be able to help you out dude
  8. The voltage sets to 1.35 when I run on xmp automatically
  9. Hey dude I'm running a 3600 Ryzen 5 though would that make any difference ?
  10. hey guys im currently having issues with my aorus b450 elite motherboard where when i run my ram (corsair Vengance pro RGB) at XMP settings (3200 MHz) i get over 4000 errors on memtest86 Ive managed to keep it from getting errors by adding 2 3000MHz sticks and running at xmp therfore dropping the speed. does anyone know what could be causing this ? i have tried RMAing the ram and got the same issue.
  11. Been poking around online for an alternative to RGB fusion as i feel like the provided features are incredibly limited in comparison to something like iCUE. Was wondering if anyone knows of any custom alternative apps to use in order to do something more interesting with the RGB lighting in my case ? greatly appreciate any replies or any possible avenues i could go down to improve my experience. Cheers
  12. Issue solved. The PCIE wifi card seems to have been causing it. Just took it out and we are issue free
  13. OK so what I have tried to far: Changed motherboard to brand new factory one Reseated CPU and attached the CPU cooler Removed all extra case stand-points and re-inserted motherboard to case to rule out the case shorting the board Added F-panel connectors to motherboard correctly, checking polarity from the MB manual to make sure they were in the correct way Added PSU connectors to motherboard and plugged in the rest of the USB F-panel connectors to motherboard and connected up case fans Added graphics card and to top PCIe slot and plugged into PSU and DPort cable to monitor Added keyboard and mouse to USB ports Left wireless card out for the time-being as it kept cause BSOD with different driver errors Reloaded latest windows 10 pro Initially had trouble with BSOD, according to event viewer logs it was coming from the PCI slot and was a driver error - different BSOD messages also showed different driver errors. Eventually windows crashed completely and was unable to repair so reloaded windows after removing Wireless Card from case/MB. Was able to load windows ok and installed the latest drivers for graphics card from NVIDIA and latest intel wireless drivers for the wireless card, this stopped the BSOD after reinstalling wireless card to case Windows update said no updates were available, checking on the AORUS Gigabit utility for the motherboard it said there were no updated needed (unsure of this as haven’t used Gigabit boards before) so still could be driver issues. Computer no longer BSOD, instead hangs randomly and then the BIOS splash screen appears and windows starts again - happens randomly and every 5/10 minutes. Event viewer logs don’t seem to show anything for these crashes or any errors. BIOS is on compatible version for the CPU but not on latest, will need to try updating BIOS to latest version Will also need to try removing F-Panel connectors from MB and testing to ensure nothing from the case is tripping the soft reset on the motherboard (which is what it looks like as case fans/LEDs do not turn off so power is still being distributed.) Still thinking it could be a driver problem, will need to clear Event Viewer logs and wait for next crashes to occur to check if anything is written to the logs. Tried swapping wall sockets for PSU from power strip to dedicated wall outlet to rule out any PSU lacking power problems - issue continued
