Hello everyone.
This is a first thread from me and want to discuss things and also find if this is a bad thing or not for the device.
So I got an Acer Swift 3 with core i5 and Nvidia MX150
I used it for 8 months as a second device to my Rig at home.
Now that I move out, it has become my first device and I am constantly using it.
Because of it, more often than not I find my laptop need to be charged due to low battery
However, after 2 months or so doing that, now if my laptop gets charged to about 85% or more, it will stop charging
On the battery icon it will display "Plugged in, Not Charging"
I've searched the internet about this and found that this could be a bug, a failure of some sort. Whether it's software or hardware problem.
Now what I want to ask from all of you are these
Have you ever experienced the same condition?
Is it harmful to your device?
What to do if it's harmful to the device?
Hopefully I can have some discussions with all of you here
Cheers
