  1. i mainly play overwatch, but i do play other games, but yhr main problem is that for every game i get constant lag spikes to the point where i cant play. any help in lowering my ping? ive already tried port forwarding btw
  2. Ok tkx ill try that but if it doesnt fix ill most probably just refund it, on a side note u seem very knowleadgeable on tech stuff, would u happen to know why i keep getting hdmi no signal? Its not only for this gpu but for every gpu. Whenever i plug in a new gpu it would always hdmi no signal, but after one night it will be ok. Just wanna solve this too as it will be more convenient for me as i change gpu alot as im always on the lookout for good deals and i upgrade my gpu frequently.
  3. Sry may sound like a dumb question but how do i get into safe mode when i cant even get into windows? Is there a way cuz i only can get to the mobo logo screen .
  4. So if i get the refund and i bought another supposedly working 1060 it would be able to at least get into windows where i can totally wipe the drivers and install the new ones? Then it would be all ok and no more problems hopefully?
  5. It was used, and the person didnt allow me to test, so i was also suspicious of the gpu being defective. But i have alr contacted the person and he said ehe would refund me. Thing is i would prefer not to refund as the gpu was a steal at the price thus i hope i dont have to refund and opt for a more expensive 1060 again
  6. I recently changed from a rx 580 to a gtx 1060 6gb, but me being really stupid i forgot to delete the old drivers. When i plugged in the new gpu it starts up but it goes to the mobo logo screen but theres some weird red artifacting as in red lines showing up. It then doesnt go into windows and the monitor shuts down. I have already checked the monitor and cable is not the issue as i alr tried plugging in my laptop to the monitor and it works prefectly fine. I also sold the old gpu alr so i cant just replug the old gpu and delete the old drivers. Could this be the drivers issues? Ps the gpu is a used one so im not sure if it could be that too
