Once you have the ISO in bootable format on the USB drive it doesn't really matter what happens to the original source it came from. you can do whatever you want with it.

 

The ISO by itself is not bootable you need to extract it from the iso format and leave all those files in the root directory of the drive in order to be bootable

 

so you would have extract the ISO to the SSD with something like Rufus, then boot to it on your friends computer but the SSD will not be available for installation you need another drive for the windows installation   

 

 

if your wondering if you can install windows from an iso without a USB drive you still can but it will be a windows upgrade not a fresh install and you will have no control over formatting drives or changing where windows is installed.

I think you can, but why would you? You need to wipe the whole drive before you can burn the ISO file on it. A 4GB USB stick is enough.

Does the drive you install windows on need to be different from the drive that has the ISO on it?

Can I copy the ISO to an SSD and then install it into my friends PC, and install windows that way?

I couldn't find iTunes in there,I did delete the AppleSoftwareUpdate folder wich was having the same problem.

Uninstall every Apple program and delete every Apple folder, reboot a few times and try installing again.

Make sure you backup your library.

Delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{93F2A022-6C37-48B8-B241-FFABD9F60C30}" in regedit and reinstall?

I didn't find that exact file...

A few MONTHS ago iTunes was acting weird and it wouldn't open so I tried uninstalling it (giving me this popup):

and tried reinstalling it (same problem)

When i close said window it says: "the older version of iTunes couldn't be deleted"

Does anyone know have to resolve this problem? This is getting really frustrating, I've tried so many things...
