  1. So is your point unless I have both side by side it doesn't really matter?
  2. Great now I have 4 to pick from. I'm back where I started
  3. Well I want to get one that will last me a long time. Also, I want to have the quality of a nice monitor. You know PC master race and all I also want one that will stay with me through the upgrades of my computer. I know that these two are really good. I'll definitely check that one out tho. Hadn't seen it in my looking around
  4. So I'm looking at getting a monitor and have settled on two, the ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR and the Acer Predator XB271HU I know the ROG is a TN panel and the Predator is IPS. For me, in America, they're both 500$. My question is which would be better. I know the differences between TN and IPS but know that both of these monitors are considered amazing. not sure which way to go when spending this much money.
  5. So would you recommend going for a WD one instead?
  6. Acedentitly posted before I was done writing, here's the full post. So I decided to finally build a pc after watching the LTT No Dollar Wasted video. I followed their build but made a few changes. The thing I need help with right now is choosing the right monitor. The computer specs are as follows: Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro ATX AM4 CPU: Rysen 5 2600 GPU: RTX 2070 8GB Windforce Memory: G.Skill - Aegis (2x8GB) DDR4-2400 Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 250GB m.2-2280 SSD Power Supply: Corsair CMX 550 W 80+ Now I know that new RTX cards are out and that the Ryzen 3000 is about to come out, so those parts are probably going to change. which will give me more fps and allow me to maybe get a monitor with a higher refresh rate. I just don't know if I need to go higher than 100hz. I want a monitor that's 1440p and 24-27in in size. I'm almost entirely going to be gaming so color accuracy doesn't matter too much. I know somewhat the difference between FreeSync and G-Sync, but not enough to choose in this scenario. I don't really want to go over 400$ which I know limits me but I don't need to go all out
