  1. I have question though. Will the 3400g support the 3000Mhz RAM? The specs say that it can support Memory speeds only upto 2933MHZ
  2. Thanks for telling me man, you just drove away a lot of confusion.
  3. So, I've been planning on building a new PC using the new Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs. So I've thought about ordering the G.Skill Ripjaws V 3000MHz DDR4 Memory (2 8GB sticks) module. But I've heard about many things like ram compatibility with ryzen systems, so I would like to know if this Memory module I have my eyes upon a good choice.
  4. I know the 3rd gen will be the good choice but actually I'm concerned about the the motherboard part. I currently own no motherboard or cpu and the new X570 motherboards will be too expensive. So I was thinking about purchasing a B450 mobo with a Ryzen 3rd gen processor. But apparently you need to update the BIOS for the older motherboards, which need to work. So my question is will the older mobos also sport the new bios update (support for the 3rd gen Ryzen) out of the box? Or will AMD provide some kind of toolkit for it?
  5. So, I've been planning on building a new PC in some days. Before that I owned a laptop and this a brand new PC. I've been hearing that if I were to purchase a B450 motherboard, it will not support the AMD Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs out of the box because you need to update the BIOS of an older mobo. So should I consider getting a 2nd gen Ryzen processor?
