    mother board (MSI PC MATE B350) Video card (XFN RX 580 8gb +oc ) Corsair vengance lpx 32gb kit' power supply (Rosewill arc 550 watt A bronze) Note: the cpu heat sink fan turns on

    installed this new ryzen 7 1700 pc board b350 pc companion and I'm getting a CPU error where the board says the CPU has failed or has not been detected. I receive a flashing red light every 5 seconds on the ed debug led and it would not start ... I have checked the basic connections, removed cmos battery and also removed all components just letting one memory stick and cpu what can I do to solve this error?
