  1. Getting spares that too side panels seems difficult for an old case. Why do you need that particular case as cases are cheap nowadays and the amount of money spent on side panel+shipping plus some extra can get you a new case.
  2. You should never fill a custom loop upto the brim as hot water=increased pressure=premature degradation of the parts and O-Rings and sometimes cracking of the reservoir (The very reason some Deepcool AIO's were bursting). Always leave a bit empty as per manufacturer recommendations.
  3. Update: Artifacting in some Windows app is driver issue as also highlighted here.
  4. Part 1: As suggested there I reinstalled Windows finally today but I am still facing the BSOD after a fresh install. Can it be that something else is causing this? Attached the BSOD WhoCrashed report. Also there is graphical glitch when I am opening some good images
  5. I am looking to update my AM4 CPU to a 5th gen. Under my budget I have the following CPU's and my main purpose is to run this for the next 2-3 years as my motherboard is brand new (Old One died). My memory is 4x 8gb 3600 and old CPU is Ryzen 3500 which is getting old. Motherboard is B550 Aorus Elite V2 Rev1.2 The CPU's I have in mind are: Ryzen 5600, 5600x, 5700x. Before anyone says wait for 5700 X3D it will not be launched in my budget so no point in waiting for it, so which one from the above list would be the best bang for the buck.
  6. Yes, I live 2 houses away from the transformer. I have measured the N-G voltage and it stays between around 2-3V during day and remains around 1V at night (currently 0.990V). Also I thought that 0V on N-G is a good thing but as per power requirements of my country it's not that good and means open neutral. I also contacted the power supply company as suggested above and they said that 3V on N-G is fine plus they did some extra tweaking at the High Voltage substation and the occasional brown-outs are also gone.
  7. A few days back there was a severe thunderstorm and our electricity pole transformer blew up. Since then a new transformer was installed and I am getting these voltages. Somehow I think that my Neutral to Ground is bit high. Live-Neutral- 245.2V Live-Ground- 245.8V Neutral-Ground- 2.8V Previously if I checked the Neutral-Ground continuity (mains off) it used to be a continuous beep but now its a bunch of pulsating micro beeps. Does it seem that there is any issue with the power to my home? My house has proper grounding with a copper rod buried deep into the ground and attached to a copper plate.
  8. I have a SN550 and it's also pretty good. Thinking of getting the SN570 as 580 is just 570 with newer controller for Gen4 support
  9. Long press the power button for 15-20sec to see if it boots properly. If not then you need to take it to a "trained" repair technician to get it checked and repaired. Also when you boot the laptop keep smashing F2 and then press the power button to enter bios. If it enters bios then you know laptop is good and issue lies elsewhere.
  10. Chkdsk is not that reliable when it comes to HDD health. I would start by disconnecting the HDD and see if it solves the issue with windows. Also do a scan with some good Antivirus like Kaspersky, Malwarebytes to check for any malware. But to me it seems like a dying HDD which is slowing the OS down when the OS is trying to access something thing on the HDD.
  11. Can you please recheck all connections if they are seated properly? The Corsair 24Pin connectors are sometimes too tight on a new PSU and a half seated connector can cause such issues. Also make sure you connect both the 18 and 10 pin connectors to the PSU modular side for it to work, connecting only the 18Pin won't work.
  12. Then 35C is fine. Is the cooler compatible with AM4 as per the box specifications? AM3+ Air Coolers are same specs as AM4 but some AIO's have a slight variation.
  13. I myself had a Gigabyte X370 and there were random memory issues kinda like yours. It would randomly stop recognizing a memory stick or revert back to base 2133Mhz speed which made the system work sluggishly and stutter. You should reinstall all the memory sticks and update to latest Chipset, Reset Bios to see if problem is solved. If not then we can further discuss other possible solutions.
  14. Depends on your Ambient temps for 28C-30C its good idle temp. Below 25C ambient it's a bit on the higher side but still decent.
  15. I want to replace my 250gb boot drive to a 500gb one as I need more space on that drive. From the above two which one would be a better choice? Currently using a Kingston A2000 250Gb as primary boot drive.
  16. Update: Moved over to windows 11 via offline update with a reinstall of Chipset, GPU, Audio, Lan and Kaspersky. So far no more BSOD's faced.
  17. Faced another BSOD. Looks like my GPU driver which I may have forgotten to reinstall maybe the culprit.
  18. Sfc didn't find any errors and the disk is also fine, health@98%. Will try to do a force update to Win 11 before I reinstall.
  19. Hi, I am facing occasional BSOD after swapping my old x570 for a new b550 motherboard. I reinstalled Chipset, Audio, LAN and some other drivers related to the new motherboard. The issue is that the BSOD occurs right after the moment I enter my login pin. Can this mean that a Windows reinstall is necessary? I have attached WhoCrashed report of the two BSOD's. Also I heard that fully populated slots of high frequency memory on Ryzen can cause issues with stability, not that I notice any. The PC runs fine for 99% of the time except those two random BSOD's at login.
  20. Keyboard recommends USB SS on the connector for some reason. The USB 2.0 is occupied by my Mic and Gamepad.
  21. I had the same motherboard. I will advice to get a TP Link TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe lan card, they have very good quality and stability. And most of the time port is not fried but its driver issue. I will suggest you to update the drivers from Asrock as the port is a bit finicky and doesn't detect at one go.
