Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hi a friend of mine wants to start making Animal crossing videos 1080p60. He asked for the pc to be 500 euros but as i do not know about video editing i do not really know wich part to pick here. All help would be greatly appreciated. The pc can be bought prebuild from a store if this is easier. In case the budget is not high enough for video editing u can also tell me.
