  1. Honestly because I have them. I currently have 3x M.2 970 EVO and 1x 860 SATA SSD. I just want to utilize whats best.
  2. Thanks a lot of taking the time to help me. Ok, quick run down just to confirm I fully understand (I dont want to goof this up). I can run 2x M.2 and a SATA SSD with 1x GPU and I should be golden or, I can run 1x M.2 and 2x SATA SSD if I want to do duel GPU? I have the M.2s so I would like to utilize as many as I can without negatively affecting the PC. Thank you for the advice about the GPU. I figured such so I'll stick to just one GPU. Thanks again for your time and patience.
  3. So then I should be fine all around with 1x M.2 in the M2P and 2x 860EVO SATA SSD. Have my operating system on the M.2 with everything else on the SATA SSDs? I plan on running duel GPUs in the future.
  4. Thank you. Would 2x M.2 and 1x Samsung 860 SATA SSD be better?
  5. I need some help to confirm this will work. I have Gigabyte Z390 AORUS XTREME EATX LGA1151 Motherboard I have 3x Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive If I put all three in the mobo, will everything run smooth? Thank you for your time.

How about this? I want to stick with a full tower because I have lunch boxes for hands. Here's my thought process with the storage. M.2 for operating system (everything loads faster etc.), SSD for games, HD for music, movies etc. I truly dont know what I'm saying about the storage is correct but i want a fast system that loads games fast, surfing the internet is fast, windows boots up fast etc. Also, with the space on the motherboard for a 11cm M.2, I would like to fill it with a M.2 How does this look? Thanks again for your patience and you helping me.
  8. Ok. I changed it to Corsair - RMx (2018) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
  9. It isnt because I already have it. I should have stated that.. It's a NVGA GeForce 1070
  10. My graphic card is a Nvga 1070 GeForce. It's out of my old rig. This is where things get confusing for me. I seen (YouTube) were 32gb is perfect, any more then that is useless and the 970 are the wave of the future as far as SSD goes. G3 and the motherboard just looked bad ass so I went with that. Forgive my ignorance. This is why I'm reaching out for advice.

I'm not worried about the cost, just looking for an awesome experience building a bad ass, pure gaming PC that'll last me for ~10 years. What do you think? Not worried about cost, is there better parts I can pick from for better performance? BTW, I enjoy the "ugly" fans. I'm looking for honest advice from people who know a lot more then I do. Thank you for your time!
  12. Thank you all for the advice. Again, I just searched "best of" and got all those parts. I dont know what is what, just what I research with my limited PC gaming knowledge. Price isnt a huge issue, I just want to make sure I get solid components for a solid gaming PC.
  13. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jFtg29 I'm trying to build my first gaming PC but truly have minimal idea what I'm doing or what everything is. This rig is just for school work and gaming. No video editing, coding or things of that nature. After searching a lot of "best of" in Google, I came up with the following parts. Case: Corsair - 750D ATX Full Tower Case Case Fans: Noctua - NF-A14 PWM 82.5 CFM 140 mm Fan (X5) CPU: Intel - Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z390 AORUS XTREME EATX LGA1151 Motherboard Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (X2 = 32GB) Storage: Samsung - 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (X2. 1x for games, 2x everything else) Samsung - 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Just to run windows) Power Supply: Corsair - AX 1000 W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (I want enough juice in case I ever run 2x graphics cards) Optical Drive: Asus - BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer Operating System: Microsoft - Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit Graphics Card: 1080 something. Its a hand me down. BTW, it does work..lol What do you think? Is this a good build, can I do better in some areas, are some components trash, recommendations? I'll take all the advice that I can get. Bottom line: I want a bad ass rig that's going to last me ~10 years. Thanks for your time and help, Kigiin
