you can run a 270x on less that 600 my cousin is running a 270x+8320 on a 550 supply 650w one should do it

your tv drives the 3d nvidia 3d vision is for you just need the movie if you downloaded to use the 3d mode on the tv and if its a bluray 3d you can use something like
