A similar issue occurred in my PC. Try updating your graphic driver or reinstall it using device manager.
Press Win + R to open Run dialogue box the type
devmgmt.msc to open device manager the go to display adaptor to apply changes.

You can first try using live usb of different distros and then choose the one whit which you are most comfortable.....
I recommend you start with elemenary os
