  1. Vermintide and Deathwing act like Left 4 Dead. I hope they bring something new to the table. If it's zombies rushing guardsmen, it's just Left 4 Dead all over.
  2. You should only keep the hard disk and SSD. You should sell the rest. As for the PC case change it to a Fractal Design Meshify C or Phanteks P300A Mesh (if you can find it for 49.99$). And the Gigabyte mobo requires a bios update, so it's better if you get an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max.
  3. @narrdarr I didn't discourage him. You can always get an aftermarket cooler that's better than the Wraith Stealth, it's not like the 2300X is a powerful CPU that'll heat quickly, but if he wants his temps low, he can get an aftermarket cooler. And he definitely needs a new case. Unless it's possible to modify the front panel, removing the glass and putting mesh.
  4. Lol the front glass panel doesn't let the fans suck in air, that's why your CPU is running hot. Basically you need a new case and an aftermarket cooler. Fractal Design Meshify Mini C Tempered Glass
  5. Well it's definitely your stock cooler that's causing the problem. Re-applying thermal paste isn't going to fix the problem. Try dusting out the CPU cooler (and case fans?) and see if that fixes the problem. If not, then you'll need a new CPU cooler.
  6. Well if you want to do that go ahead, but you'll have to partition the SSD (which is stupid) between C drive and D. If you can save up money to get a 512GB NVME instead of a 256GB that'd be great. The same build with a 512GB NVME Crucial will cost you 630$ with shipping. If you can't, than I advise you to stay with the 256GB. Yes I switched out the case because the board is a micro-ATX, and the case is also a micro-ATX. Your case is a standard mid-ATX, so it's not gonna look good, plus the micro-ATX case is better for your college life, you don't need a bigger case than micro it's also easier to move it around. This Silverstone case has good airflow for a mciro-ATX tower so you don't have to worry about your components getting hot. It comes with two dual RGB intake fans and one rear exhaust fan with a mesh front panel. Trust me it's worth the investment. Silverstone PS15.

  8. No it won't bottleneck it, however, your CPU usage is high in games compare to 2nd and 3rd gen Ryzen. You also have less performance and more power draw. Upgrade to the 3700X and Asus B550 F-Gaming later on.
  9. You mean "Ray Traycing"? Even if you buy and Nvidia card you don't have to use it, since it drops performances. If you're too worried about AMD drivers, it's best if you buy the RTX 2060S. You decide. Even so IDK why you're playing a half-baked game like Fallout 76.
  10. Because Ryzen requires fast memory. He says he's having issues with the AMD cards, that's why I recommended the RTX 2060S, despite the RX 5700XT being faster and cheaper.
  11. The only thing I'd upgrade is your RAM, GPU and PSU. You can later buy a B550 board with a 3rd gen Ryzen. 12. I don't know how the Intel line up stands, I mean the Z490 boards, you'll have to pay a high price for a good Z490 board in order to overclock the i5-10600K, which is the best CPU for gaming. And you'll also need a powerful liquid cooler. This is my Ryzen suggestion for 1440p 144hz gaming. I added two NVME storage's because splitting the drive is stupid. The GTX 1080 is old and it's out of warranty if I'm not wrong, it's best if you sell your old system. 13. @zeusthemoose @xXFitzXx The ASUS ROG needs a bios update for the 3600. Stick with the MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, it doesn't require bios update. Monitor ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD 27 Inch Frameless.
  14. @xXFitzXx You do really want to burn your components don't you? You'll just have to sacrifice case looks for performances, the Focus G isn't great looking but at least it's a thousand times better than that thing. If you want a good looking case with good airflow, the Raidmax Zeta is 49.99$, however it's out of stock, you should check other retailers. Otherwise you'll have to pay up 98$ for the Fractal Meshify C. Either cut down the CPU and get the Fractal Meshify C or keep the 3600 and go with the Focus G.
  15. What case? I don't see any case. You didn't post anything.
  16. As long if it's a case with good airflow and RAM with 3200MHz CL16 speed (maybe T-Force Vulcan, they're cheaper). Otherwise no.
