Do you run Razer Cortex? That really pinned my own CPU utilization at 100% nonstop. Lol.

I bought a GTX 1060 6 GB for like $300 and I'm pretty sure the GTX 1660 is faster for ~$200. I've had no problems with the 1060 running Destiny 2 on max so I'd start from there.

I bought a Schecter C-1 Platinum, Boss Katana 100 and an Ibanez Tube Screamer Mini. :3

Very few games can I alt tab quickly. It might just be a limitation of your PC as it gets older. Mine alt tabs slower than it used to.

I have a Razer Phone 2 that I got shortly after it was shipped. It's been a bit of a bumpy road with the phone as it is prone to problems like an exotic car. I even had to use the warranty and have it replaced because it kept crashing on me. Luckily those problems were solved in the replacement model but it was still a hassle. Personally, I think the 2nd iteration of the phone is pretty great and fixes a lot of issues that the first phone had. I'd spring for it as it's like $300 less than normal with a free wireless charger.

Are there any background programs running that hog a lot of CPU processing power? I found out that I had some stuff running in the background like Razer Cortex that pinned my CPU at 100% utilization. In my experience, Razer software has done that with my computer, however.
