3d printing newbie here, need some advice. I recently got an extruder upgrade for my Ender 3 Pro. Because of this, I knew I should calibrate my e-steps (with Pronterface). Until now, I've been printing from an SD card without issues, so this was the first time I connected my printer via USB. However, when I did this and opened Pronterface, no printer seemed to be connected. Further investigation showed that the printer as "USB Serial" in Device Manager, and I was told that there were no installed drivers. I then tried to install the drivers that came with the factory SD card, but Device manager tells me that "Windows could not find drivers for your device". I then tried using official FTDI drivers, and even tried using a different windows PC, but I ended up achieving the same results. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix this issue?
It's a v3 as well, if that helps
