I recently ordered a Crucial 16 GB DDR4 ram for my laptop from Amazon.
The one listed on Amazon is this one -> CT16G4SFD824A
However what I received is a different one -> CB16GS2400
Both are 16 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM.
The only difference as per the specs (other than the lifetime/10 year warranty) is that the former is "x8 based" (ordered) while the latter (received) is not.
It's worthwhile to mention, that I've already installed the RAM in my laptop and its working.
My question is there is any difference between the two as far as performance is concerned?
If so I may initiate a return request with the seller.
