  1. Recently I want to change some fans on my case,I decided to change the crap ones into 3xPhanteks skiron rgb 140. I already had two rgb fans and two rgb strips,so I am worried about the power consumption limit on my board. BTW: my board is Asus TUF B360m-plus gaming,it only have one 12v rgb header.
  2. I was planing to build a computer for my friend and decided to use 3600 instead of 2600x. But I worry about the compatibility issue. On Asus website did not say this motherboard officially support the 3rd gen ryzen. However, according to tom's hardware(https://www.tomshardware.com/news/asus-bios-ryzen-3000-a-series,39201.html), the bios supports the new processors. Do I need to wait for the new B5xx motherboard or not? BTW:ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING officially supports 3rd gen ryzen.
  3. I have tried to re-apply the thermal compound and the temperature dropped 6°c when stress test it. Thanks a lot!
  4. I checked in aida64 and the cpu core voltage vary from 1.376 to 1.392, and the cpu id vary from 1.329 to 1.341 cpu core power is around 104w
  5. it should be able to clone the drive. You can use diskgenius to do that.
  6. if it is a relatively newer bios,it should have a search feature.
  7. I checked the temp when I was gaming and found out it was around 75. The heat coming out of the case is quiet noticeable. I did a FPU stress test for about 20 minutes and the hottest core reached 95.I don't think 8600 can produce so much heat.Maybe there is something wrong with my thermal compound or the airflow? My cooling device is Noctua U9s and the thermal compound is Thermalright TF8
  8. I am quiet interested why you have chosen this graphics card
  9. IMO,if we ignore the heat, they should perform the same and the single core maybe even faster(depend on the optimization for multi-core)
  10. there are three items showed as going to fail soon. The read error rate(242),spin-up time(2 seconds) and reallocated sectors count(the value is 561 blocks). And it failed to pass the self-test in Ubuntu. The reallocated sector count has not changed since I low-level formatted the drive. I'm wondering when will this drive die. BTW: Is the spin-up time normal? I don't think it needs 2 seconds to spin-up. Model :WDC WD7500BPVT-80HXZT3 (01.01A01)
