I used to have ethernet connection to my pc 3 weeks ago then i switched to wifi, I installed multiple softwares related to networking such as Npcap, wireshark and netcut. Today i switched back to ethernet to play Fortnite because of high packet loss. It did connect to router but no internet access. I tried the same ethernet on my laptop and it works fine. Now i know that problem is in my network adapter isnt it?. then i reset my network settings from control panel nothing changed so i reset my PC using windows reset option thinking that maybe the networking softwares i installed has something to do with it. Using the intel PROSet adapter diagnostics utility it gave following results
