So recently i have sent my card (RTX 2080 that i have bough about 8 months ago as the RTX feature didnt work and it was under performing.) to the ebuer (Thats where i bough the card) for them to ither fix it or sent me a new one as i had a warranty on it. It took about 4 days for card to arrive to them and after that i have been emailed that they wont do anything about it as there is no serial number on it as i have romeved it before it was slowly detaching because of the heat that card was creating and i have put a sticker to a box but im not totaslly sure if that sticker was serial number or not ass that was about 5 mouths ago. I just would like to know if there is a way of getting a new warranty sticker.

Ye i know hovewer my friend with i7 4950k and rtx 2060 is getting more frames than me on evry single game

Currently im in a gym so i cant test it hovewer i know that on one of free tests available im getting only 1000k less which isnt allot as the GPUs that are getting too marks are oc ed. So instead of 11k im getting 10k

Im playing on the highest with v sync off. The AAT or whatever the name is on the max rendering which means that it renders in 1080p

In im R6 i suppose to get around 280 while im only getting 100

I ment 2 in the right slots as in they are in correct spots haha just like on that img.

Ram is in the right slots and temp of gbu doesnt go above 70 and for cpu never goes above 65

Its my firs ever post here so yee.. About 7 moths ago i have built my first ever PC: Rtx 2080 windforce Ryzen 7 2 2700x 16Gb 300MHz RAM corsair vengance 650W evega power supply gold fully modular Asus prime x470 pro 6x ll120 fans Corsair water pump 360mm(RGB one) Recently i started benchmarking my PC and all that kind of stuff and i have noticed that im missing loads of frames. We are talk8ng in hundreds.. I can see a difference anyway as im playing on 60HZ monitor taht is in 1080p so yikes( in 2 months im getting 144HZ 1440p) All drivers are up to date. Nothing is throttling and the best thing is that when i cybenched my PC i got simmilar/ scores as other PC with same/ simmilar parts. Why do you think taht is the case? Thank you btw!
