My fan is causing the temps because when it Ramos up I stay closer to 65c but when it goes silent I get 82c under full load. Also yea I correctly applied my thermal paste ?

Chip didn't downcloack and usage was 100% at all times which is weird. It could be the fan kicking up because my pc during the stress test was being a bit louder than normal. Also how do I increase fan speeds temporarily?

I use a crappy water cooler from CoolerMaster. I think it is the ml120 rgb something. Should I lower the voltage and see what it does to like 1.320?. I've heard that the i5 9600k needs a lot of voltage to run at 5ghz compared to the i9 9900k for example. Correct me if I'm wrong

Hello, so Air have oc my i5 9600k to 5ghz and 1.350 v running at a stable GHz in all cores but when I start stress testing it skyrockets to 78c and peaks at 82 c. After 1 minute it cools down to the mid 60s and after 2 minutes it skyrockets again. Is it bad and can I lower the voltage a bit to get better temps. Mobo I'm using is msi z390 gaming x
