yes and no. you could at that point build something similar yourself using B450, R3k and a vega 64 or RTX 2070 possibly.

or so id expect. you would more or less looking at using that prebuild as is

you can get pretty much on point creating something your else. just swap the 2600x with a 3600 and add a 50$ HDD.

Overpowered Series after the price dropped were actually pretty good value.

the case wasnt amazing and the rest is regular OEM quality. but its actually a pretty decent deal. as long as you dont plan on upgrading the CPU

The R5 3600 vs. the i7-8700 is an unknown right now. The 1080 is definitely better than the 2060. Intel is not as dependent on fast RAM as Ryzen is, and even 2400 (which it probably is) is fine.

Your cooling is going to suck because there's nowhere to pull in fresh air. The PSU is probably a mediocre Great Wall unit, and the motherboard is probably a cheap H310. Other than that, it's a pretty good deal as prebuilts go.

Imo the issues with the overpowered series were far overblown. It is your typical OEM quality.
It didn't have anything nuclear wrong with it, just bad for the price. But half the price it is fine. psu was a fine delta unit.

What RAM is that, and speed?  What motherboard?  PSU?

Spec wise it's a decent price, but if they cut corners on what I asked about that's where they're making money.  At your expense potentially.

The front side can't really breath well. If you can remove the front glass panel, then I'd argue it becomes serviceable.
