If I were to buy this, I would definitely change the case to a NZXT H500 but would you suggest I also change the PSU and the motherboard? Is it complicated changing a motherboard after everything is set? If it is best I do these things, would an additional $200-250 be worth it?

I was thinking the same thing, but correct me if I am wrong, would it matter very much with 32gb? The build I was planning would have had Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 3200MHz

I saw this deal for a PC and to me (although I am far from an expert) it looked like a very good deal. My only concern is that it is from Walmart by OVERPOWERED and I'm not sure if I should be concerned about that. The only thing I would change would be the case. The build I was thinking about before seeing this would have been the new Ryzen 5 3600 with an RTX 2060 but this would be a bit better for about the same cost.
