Other things I can think of are maybe, Resolution issues Attached Hardware Theres quite a few led strips in my system, could it be that?

I posted a few weeks ago that I was having issues with PC games starting up, taking so long to boot. I thought the issue had resolved itself with a new windows update 1903 but that didn't work unfortunately as it has returned. Here is a breakdown of what happens when launching PC games 1. When I first turn my PC on and launch a game from desktop shortcut or from the installation folder within 5 minutes they launch straight away. 2. If I turn PC on and wait for a little while then try to launch a game it will go to a black screen for about 30 seconds to 3 minutes before the game starts. I've tried to troubleshoot as much as possible but still cant figure this out. I've tried, Updating/removing/installing drivers. Moving the games to other HDD/SSD DirectX troubleshooting. I've even factory reset the PC and started over again. Any idea what is causing this. The games do work but they take so long to boot. My specs are at the bottom along with my original post. So It either quits itself or I have to ctrl+alt-delete and end task. Games that it does happen with are wwe 2k19, The conjuring house, Jurassic world evolution and a few others. Also some games take at least 1-2 minutes to even load to the first screen.My speci7 7700K, GTX 1070ti, Corsair 16gb DDR4 2100mhz, Asus H110M-R, CX550-M. Games are stored on my secondary 4TB Seagate HDD.Windows 10 is stored on a crucial 500GB SSD.

Well it just fixed itself after installing windows 10-1903 update
