Well, you can try it first.
    If you have problem, reinstall.
Most likely you need to update the activation code, just call MS, they'll give you.

Window 10 is attached to the hardware and your MS account. Just deactivate the device( release the key (whatever it's called now)) install new hardware and reactivate.
If you have any issues just use the built in troubleshooter to reinstall but keep your files.

Or you can do a fresh install and reuse your key

Technically you dont have to, but I would personally. There is a lot of driver conflicts that can, and often do happen when you upgrade without re-installing windows.

    It will technically work
But it's best to reinstall, as changing the parts can mess with windows

Gonna have to also recommend the Nvidia Shield TV.

However, rumors has it that Nvidia will soon release a new Shield TV. The current one was released in 2017 and it wasn't really much of an upgrade from the original 2015 version (same SoC). Don't get me wrong, it seems like it still gets updates, and it is powerful enough for pretty much anything you want to do, but you might want to wait a little bit for the new model. Hopefully the new Nvidia Shield TV will have its 4 year old SoC updated.
