  1. Yes, I see in Throttlestop. Before with the games after a few minutes it goes down to 25w. Now with dual channel it can manage more than 40w (probably more than 45w(have to check it) but less than 50w) and doesn't go down to 25w. I know that apparently it has no relation the power with the ram, but now the laptop works perfect and with very good performance. But in this post I read another man that tell the same. I think it is very odd and I am very dissappointed with Asus, but I think this is the problem. Next weekend if you want I can post a video if you don't trust me.
  2. I've tried Zelda Breath of the Wild in cemu too (before it had a lot of lag and small freezes) now it works perfect at 1080 at 50-60 frames. Also tried 2k19 and gta v. First. Are you sure that you are in dual channel? You can check it with software Cpuz. For undervolting the cpu I think I used 185mw and gpu I don't remember now. But I think the real problem is with dual channel. Put the latest bios too. And remember going to the overboost mode selecting it with the keyboard. For me adding a stick of 8gb of ram from Aliexpress solved my problems.
  3. No. The only freeze I had is due to undervolting too much. I have the last bios and with dual channel everything seems to go well..
  4. I think I find the solution. Before, I was playing SW battlefront 2 and after a few minuts the game was going bad and I have the power limitation of 25w, I tested Cemu with Zelda and it was unplayble. But today i recived a module of 8gb of ram and I installed in dual channel. And magically I was able to play 1 hour to SWB2 in ultra and the Cemu goes well, no power restriction, near 50w. Needs more time testing games, but I think it works. (I've done undervolting to the cpu and gpu, but before puting the ram I've done too). I don't know why going to dual channel apparently solved the problems, but I think it works. I have the 8300h with 1060 model.
  5. Ok, now I understand the problem. So if I buy a 180w charger I would have this decrease to 25w? You tell me I would have thermal problems but there are some external fans that can decrease the temperature and you can do undervolting...
  6. The thing I don't understand is why we could get more than 40 w, and then it goes down to 25w. If there is no problem with temperature and the charger can reach this 40w why it decrease after a time gaming? I know they limit it but i don't know why
  7. I don't understand this laptop. It can provide the more than 25w, but later after some time in gaming it falls to the 25w. Asus cheated us. With a 180w charger, we will have the same problem I'm right? Mine I think is 150w (19.5v 7.7Amps)
  8. You have tested this method for games? Does it removes the limitation of 25w in games with that older bios? Thanks
