I apologize if this is on the wrong spot.
Recently there has been a lot of news surrounding Samsung Wearables, specifically the price drop for certain Smart Watches. I bought myself one of these for my birthday last month. It was a great piece of tech and I absolutely loved it. Up until last week or so. The watch/app received an update and now it does not function properly. The App starts and then force closes immediately and the watch does not receive notifications and is basically just a digital watch. I have verified that my phone is compatible with Samsung. I have done the standard uninstall, reinstall and reset troubleshooting and nothing helps.
I have found many instances of this issue being reported on the Samsung Forums and the review section of the Google Play Store. I have contacted Samsung a couple of times through live chat and they are of little help. It's almost as if they don't know that the update is so bad.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue and has anyone found a solution? I think that if this goes on much longer that there should be an article about it warning consumers. Many people purchased these or plan to with the recent price drop and I would hate to see them go through this.
