  1. Hi everyone! My name is Andrew and I am quite in a bit of trouble. I bought my PC parts 3 years ago and i assembled it. Config is the following: MB: Asus x570-p Prime RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16 GB GPU: AMD RX 5700 8GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X PSU: EVGA 850 GQ (i have warranty for 10-15 days then it expires) I have 5 fan cooler and 1 SSD for windows and another for every other application. In the past 3 days my PC started to act strangely. Symptoms: PC randomly shuts down then powers itself on after 3-4 seconds (41 code). When I initiate restart sometimes it shuts down instantly then after 3-4 seconds powers itself back on. When i initiate shutdown, its shuts down just fine, but after 3-4 seconds it powers itself back on. Shutdowns always happen during using browser, or doing nothing on the PC. Never happened while gaming or using heavy applications. Mouse started behaving strange. Sometimes i can't click on any window, drag it...etc. I can see the cursor, it moves fine, but hover actions not even presented on the GUI. Usually when i hover on an icon it will show somekind of an outline, however it is not happening at all. After X time (sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes) it works just fine then it starts again after Y amount of time. What is more confusing that keyboard interactions work completely fine. So i can change windows, interact with everything with the keyboard. Currently i used my keyboard to register and get to this forum. Mouse not working currently... What i did: CHKDSK Driver updates Memory reseat, memory test 1 Hour Stress test on CPU, GPU, Memory - No overheating, no error, nothing. CMOS reset BIOS update / reset OS update OS repair OS reinstal Checked all the cables to make sure they are correctly plugged in PC was clean, but i used compressed air to make sure it is not caused by some kind of debree. Unplugged all LED, and Chassi fan to make sure it is not the power consuption (Maybe PSU?) Tried to use the PC with only 1 RAM - same thing, then i swapped with the other one. I can cancel out RAM. Crystal disk shows that the Windows SSD is on 73% health, but i don't see any slowdown or something. Checked the Power splitter or what it called swapped it. Unplugged Front panel RESET SW Tried to use 2 different mouses. Tried a donor PSU, problem still exists tried a donor SSD, problem still exists I've assembled it on the table ruling out that the PC case might short the Mobo. First of all sorry for my grammar but my PC is a time bomb and If i don't send this message in time it may restart again... 4 days later i have an Online Exam and my PC not working properly. Do you have any advice what things should i do, or what do you think what could be the problem? Any help or ideas would be great because i want to fix it before the exam If i can... I think the shutdown restart symptom is likely the Motherboard. Could be the mouse problem caused by the Motherboard as well? (dxdiag might show 1 stick of memory, there is 2 installed i just trouble shooted the pc when dxdiag was made) Thank you for your time and Help! DxDiag.txt
  2. Hey Luke! It's been a while. May i ask for your help again? So today i made my choices and i settled with Ryzen 9 3900x Here is my build CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900x GPU - Asus Radeon RX5700 8G Motherboard - ASUS Prime X570-P RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz F4-3200C16D-32GVK Now my problem is that i still can't figure out a good Case, power supply, and Cooler. The Arctic cooler you mentioned before would be good for this CPU?. Thanks for the help again ^^
  3. Thank you for your answer! I7 9700k costs 122.000 HUF and has no Hyper-Threading while i9 9900K costs 145.000 HUF. Its just 40-50 € difference that is why i would chose i9. However i like the idea of a Ryzen 7 3900x, and it might worth waiting for a while.
  4. i price tagged them. May i ask if i order computer parts from Germany, how warranty is handled? Shipping back and forth can cost a fortune. Thank you again
  5. Okay true, can't argue. What GPU would you reccomend for a 100€ cheaper? And Ryzen 7 3700X is not released in start of july?
  6. Um. I like this build but i am not the fan of AMD and i am really in love with that i9. Here in Hungary that GPU costs a lot more. I never ordered PC parts online before.. i have to check that site because it seems cheaper than the local retailers. Would a PC work without issues with an Intel CPU & AMD GPU? And sorry my budget is euro is 1550€ ?
  7. Hungary. Roughly 1700$ or 500.000 HUF however i have to buy a screen too. I kinda like i9, since the begining i tried to build the system to that. I am really glad for your help.
  8. Thank you for the reply ^^ I will develop games, mostly programming. (Unity - UEngine). Of course i will play with it, sometimes render longer videos. I check the MB you mentioned and yes the BDF-1000c
  9. Hello everyone. My name is Andrew. I am glad that i found this forum. ^^ I would like to request some help. I want to build a new pc. Here are the planned specs: MB - Gigabyte Z390 UD CPU - Intel i9 9900K RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 2x16 GB, 3200 mHz GPU - ? < RTX2070 CPU Cooler - ? Dark Rock Pro Power Supply - ? Chieftec 1000W Now my problem is that my Budget (sadly) is running low. So i am not really able to buy an RTX 2070 or better card, do you have any Alternatives in mind? My second problem is a Power Supply. Found a Chieftec 1000W, which i like. Is 1000W enough or its too much? The third is the CPU Cooler, not long ago i saw on a forum that someone Recommended Dark Rock Pro be quite cooler but i am afraid it would not be enough for i9 9900k. I want to order the parts in 1 week so any kind of help would be great. :) Thank you ^^
