  1. UPDATE tried to run memtest on 2nd stick and computer crashed, now it wont boot with this specific stick inserted looks like the stick was faulty, but somehow managed to boot thx Rehmat for response
  2. that's what i tought but both sticks work in every slot as long as there is only 1 stick connected to the system also PC is connected through surge protector, so i hope that would protect it running memtest right now, will update in few hours
  3. Hi, yesterday I unplugged my PC from power because of coming thunderstorm (it was turned off) and this morning when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't even post. So I tried to reset cmos (didn't help) and then I removed 1 RAM stick, suddenly PC boots normally, but as soon as 2nd stick is inserted into any slot it just goes back to not posting.(RGB is still glowing) I tried to mess around and found out that both RAM sticks work in any slot as long as there is just 1 of them. I replugged all power connectors but that didn't help either. Has anyone ever encountered similar problem and know how to fix it? My build: (9 months old) CPU: Ryzen 2600 GPU: Asus Dual GTX 1060 6G RAM: 2x HyperX Predator RGB 8GB 2933 MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F PSU: EVGA 500 BQ SSD: Kingston A1000 240GB ps: sry for bad English
