It will not be bottlenecked by your CPU, especially at 1440p. Getting an RTX 2070 Super will increase performance way way more than getting an i5-9600k. Your GPU is the bottleneck right now, especially at 1440p, so you'dbe better off upgrading that instead

RX 5700XT could work for 1440p too, but wait for AIB cards

If you want to upgrade anything, it should be your GPU. How much RAM have you got?

MSI B450 Tomahawk if you can get it. Also, try and get a RX580 as a GPU, you can get it cheap used or get it new, but you should notice a large performance difference.

ISO is an image, it's the contents of a disc saved into a file.

You can burn it to a DVD or use it to create a flash drive that will boot your computer to Windows setup.

No, dont add a second 1050ti. Save for a better GPU instead. SLI really isnt worth it any more. Maybe you could save for an RX570/580/590.

My mathematical capabilities are on par with a 3rd grader, I bet there is some sick function where 0+0 would equal to 1 (thats besides my point though)

because processing power relies on hardware. And 0+0 does not equal to 1.

Do you have a monitor already or are you factoring that into the price? Video editing could really like/benefit from 32GB but it depends on what level of resolution you are talking about. Are you using Adobe Premiere Pro? If you are then Intel is significantly faster in that program due to its QuickSync encoding on its onboard CPU graphics. Also you'd be surprised how many good motherboards out there that aren't made by Asus. Plus SSD's are definitely an option rn. 500GB of SSD space can be had for under $70 and 1TB of SSD is now quite close to the $100 mark. You also might want a graphics card as well. Though if its just video editing I suppose its not essential. But as above budget, location, purpose. What do you exactly want to do with it.

Meshify c is way better in terms of air flow. Yes you can add additional fans in that case. Prime x570p uses the same vrms as that of tuf x570. So, you can lean towards getting prime x570p
