My motherboard is h81m-d r2.0. Please help me if anyone bought similar cpu or any other recommendation. I'm on a very tight budget, that is why i turn to taobao cpu. I was thinking about buying the i7 4980HQ, but I don't know which option to choose and also does it support my motherboard. Thank you for your time.

Hello... I just started streaming using OBS...I use a 2 PC method via OBS NDI...I have trouble in having the 2 PCs to connect together via LAN... sometimes it works but it will always take me around 30mins to troubleshoot... I have to reset network adapter several times..I use wifi sharing to my LAN in order to use OBS NDI..as so what i've been told on YouTube..please if any networking pros here can help me.. - My 2 PCs wont detect over LAN after shutdown for a long time. - Troubleshooter will tell me that Ethernet has not valid IP config Please help me..I do not know much in networking stuff...is there a way for my PC to connect with each other consistently? without resetting adapter and what not... Thank you so much...

Hello, I recently installed Mac OS Catalina in my pc alongside with Windows 10. Everything was okay but i there's a problem in the boot menu. There's boot entry named "Mac OS X", this was the result of try and error in trying to install hackintosh. But now i cannot delete it from the boot menu. Eventho i disconnected all the drives...what gives? I even take out the mobo battery and disconnected the power cables. Amd yet still there...it annoys me as i want a clean boot menu..the picture below shows my bios. My mobo is ASUS H81MD V2

from my experience, the cause might be from a faulty power supply. I had the same problem and changing the power supply solved it...try it

hi... I have a bricked HD7870, it all happen when I play GTA V and all of a sudden the screen went black and nothing responded. Then I restart the PC and it wont post, not even to BIOS. There a postcode error and I looked up showed that the motherboard is waiting for signal from VGA. Then I used my GT710 to test whether is it my motherboard or GPU. It booted up to windows normally. So then I use my GT710 as my primary video output and my HD7870 as my second. GT710 1st slot and HD7870 2nd slot PCIE. It booted up to windows. THE HD7870 WAS DETECTED AT DEVICE MANAGER. I used GPU-Z and it shows partially of the info for the GPU. So I tried flashing the BIOS with all the .rom file I can find on the Internet, including Techpowerup Vga Bios. I flashed all the HD7870 bios at Techpowerup but nothing seems to work. Please help me.. PC spec: MSI-P55-GD80 (LGA1156) Xeon X3470 16 GB DDR3 HD7870 / GT710

I have troubleshoot and found out that my HD 7870 is bricked. idk how but it is. I use a vga card to boot to windows and there it was, detecting at Device Manager. I tried to flash the bios with bios at techpowerup but nothing works..help

The gpu is relatively new since I bought sealed one a few month ago...it happend right after I tried to open the overlay...i know that did something to the gpu causing it to shut off...

Hello, I have aproblem with my gpu, HD7870. This thing happened when I wanted to open AMD Overlay in my GTA V when the game starts.. I pressed Ctrl + Shift + O to open the overlay...after I pressed it, my screen went blanked...nothing was responding. Then I shutdown my pc and turn it on again... here is my pc spec. Xeon X3470 Gigabyte P55-GD80 HD7870 16GB DDR3 These were my attempt in troubleshooting, 1) Reset BIOS - Problem Persisted 2) Using other gpu to test the PCIE x16 - nothing wrong with the slot 3) reseating GPU and 6pin cable - Problem Persisted. 4) troubleshooting RAM - problem persisted The motherboard's LED panel shows "2A", which meant waiting signal from VGA to be loaded on to RAM. When I use different GPU, it boots to windows. I could not boot into bios. This GPU was working fine until I tried to open AMD overlay. Please help me..... Ps. I REGRET USING AMD OVERLAY

ahh i see now...I only know nvidia line up and never amd...so im guessing its better to upgrade to R9 rather than having dual gpu which draws tons of power...thanks man..i appriciate it..

hi...i wanted to have a crossfire config for my HD7870...but my silverstone power supply only provides 2 x 8pin connector...question is, can i use a 8-pin splitter? so that from (2 x 8pin) + splitter = (2 x 8pin)(2 x 8pin)...hope I conveyed it correctly...will there be any performance issues or psu issues if i use that method? I have found the fix. I dunno why, I set my output at 1600x900 @ 70Hz. then it works. I have no idea why. This monitor is 60hz monitor

When I tried it, the monitor does not display full screen. on the OSD menu, it shows im running at 1280x960, but when I set resolution higher than that, the menu shows the correct resolution. Only when I manually set it to its native res it goes wierd

Hi... I've recently bought a monitor ACER V203H 20inch display. The problem is in windows, in shows 1024x768 as my native resolution. But my monitor native resolution is 1600x900. I have used different VGA cable and the problem still persist. If anyone have any idea please help. Thank you.
