So I recently wanted to download a game on Blizzard and I notice that I was getting really slow download speeds. I also realize that when I downloaded a file on Chrome, I was also downloading at slow speeds. Both Chrome and Blizzard were both downloading at 2MB/s or lower while I get 30MB/s+ when downloading on Origin and steam. I do know that some site limits their speeds for file downloads. However, I noticed that other game installer such as Battle State Game Launcher was also downloading at 2MB/s. I remember a while ago I would be able to download at 30MB/s +. My internet speeds is 500 down and 20 up. *Pictures below are Blizzard's downloader vs Steam

Ok, so fast boot and CSM are both disabled but whenever I press save, I go from advanced mode to EZ Mode, and even then I would try to exit it would bring me back to the ez mode bios. I enabled CSM and I can leave EZ mode but still crash.

So I just got, new ram,CPU,mobo and cooler. Everything seems to work fine but when I turn it on all is good until it gets to the spinny circle with the 3 dots. The computer just freezes and crashes. I tried it with another ssd's I have and it crashes on the exact same spot. But if I get into the bios, I can stay there for more than 30 secs and it wont crash. Another thing I tried was to use a hard drive and install window. And again it crashes while trying to boot in the download screen. Any ideas how to fix?
