  1. I will do what i like thank you. So overclocking Vram is not a problem?
  2. I have heard many stories about this and well the new 5700 series from ATI seem to be hit or miss especially with high Vram temps.
  3. A lot easier to just tell someone if they have a bottleneck or not or some games may show one.
  4. Seems to be the case for many users. New arch = bad drivers? I think the only reason Radeon drivers improved so much is because GCN stayed for so long.
  5. If you already have the cards why you here asking?
  6. Is this a joke? please tell me you are joking. Objectively and factually, higher res diminishes these issues, not fully but largely, 8xMSAA fixes things because it is a proper AA solution. Go figure..
  7. Turn off integrated graphics and retry.
  8. He is playing at a much higher resolution than you, 1920x1080 or higher. It makes a big difference.
  9. Well the 1080 is a good card but the RX will be better. You have to remember drivers will mature, and the RX also overclocks nicely with just an undervolt (on blower cooling) If you want GTX, by all means go get some! Be happy with your choice.
  10. 4xSSAA is not in Insurgency. https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Insurgency There is MSAA modes which is limited on Radeon to a max of 8xMSAA at 1x quality mode. Nvidia has 32 quality modes at 8xMSAA. Instead of bashing me, disprove me with facts and evidence, i am a skeptical person, i trust nothing at first glance for good reason, but i am accepting of valid information and argument with evidence. A couple of posts i have debunked, it would be nice to be treated with fairness. "it looks worse with SSAA" How can a game look worse with SSAA? Show it with SSAA that same gate area where it flickers. A good video showing shimmering on textures. However, noticed it is only textures you think it is, it's actually objects. The windows have geomertry to the cross patterns, the distance objects have geometry to them, squares are the worst for it. The Witcher 3 uses shader based AA. The rocks that are tesselated shimmer due to geometry.
