I already did, there isn't much about bios recovery.

Hi, I have a gigabyte x470 gaming 5 motherboard with a ryzen 7 2700x. After clicking the restart now button on a automatic windows update the main bios decided to brick itself. I managed to switch over to the secondary bios by holding down the power and reset switch for 10 seconds however once I power off my system it defaults back to the main bios which is still broken. Does anyone know if there is a way of manually reflashing the main bios on this motherboard?
