I have given up on my dual Opteron system (can't find a decently priced board that has 2 good sockets). In its place, I now have a Supermicro X9DRH-7F board which uses Narrow ILM mounting. Currently rocking two Supermicro 4U HSFs but at some point in the future I may look into water cooling the server. Does anyone know of a waterblock that has Narrow ILM mounting? So far my Google searches haven't come up with any. Ok, just found some but spending more for one waterblock than I spent on the motherboard and the CPUs doesn't sit well with me.

I'm fine with that, I actually find GUI BIOSes hard to get around. I'm guessing the BIOS it comes with is the BIOS you stick with though?

Anyone ever use a Chinese X79 motherboard? I'm looking at the HUANAN ZHI X79-ZD3 specifically. What is the BIOS support like and will they boot from a M.2 drive?

Looks like I will have to get something like this and modify the mounting bracket myself.

It appears that Socket F, 754, 939, 940 water blocks should fit.

Does anyone know of a water block compatible with socket C32 boards? I have a dual socket C32 board I'm dropping in a server soon and give its location and the GTX 1060 I'll be adding I'd prefer to water cool the CPUs and GPU in it.
