That could be a problem with the controller, I have the P400s and the RGB stays even after unplugging the PSU for extended periods (a few hours).
 
It's also possible that there's a small watch battery in the controller and that battery might be dead, but don't quote me on that, I never looked at the controller on mine.

Yeah I really don't know what the problem might be, it doesn't seem like there is a battery in the controller though. Thanks for the reply anyways

Yes, unless the Nitro+ decides to poke its head out before you make your purchase. If it does, get the Nitro+ instead, but if not, get the Pulse.

Whether it's good or bad is relative to the case market. I'd say it's average but many people seem to consider anything not nearly the best as bad.

A case is more than the airflow it can provide and the H500 is an excellent case due to other features including dust filters, fit and finish, aesthetic, etc. 
If you're still looking at case alternatives for better airflow, my go-to is the Meshify C.

In that case, I'd wait. That's a while from now and prices tend to drop over time. 

The Fortis 3 is quieter and the Freezer 34 eSports Duo seems to perform a bit better.
I'd go with the Fortis 3 since I don't mind sacrificing a bit of performance for lower noise but either are hard to go wrong with.

The things is that most people don't constantly see your computer, if you know what i mean. For me atleast aesthetic just a plus.

Yes, the 5700 is about 20% faster and has a 25% larger frame buffer

swap the 1TB and Crucial P1 500GB for a single 1TB SSD. 
 
then get more SSDs in the future or a larger 3TB drives later. 
 
1TB HDDs arent great value, nor great performers.

Yes thats a rule of thumb but other factors like Cas latency plays into it to, like I said im sure a 3200 cl14 kit would outperform a 3600 cl18 kit. But if your case its so negligible between your choices I would just do 3600. in real world scenarios we are a 1-9 fps difference in games and work loads, seconds of difference. So dont sweat it

Yes, the cooler should completely clear the ram slots.

If you want to go save and have some headroom later on if you decide to oc the hell out of thr chip the dark rock 4 is the better option, for a decent quiet solution the slim might be the better option.
As even the slim manages good temps with the 9590 which is a very hot chip both should have no problems with the 3600

How long do you plan to use the cooler? Air coolers outlast AIOs(pump failures are pretty usual).
