On a Dan case SFX A4 video you did you put a Liquid cooler on it, what would happen if you used a air cooler coupled with a thermoelectric cooler?

would one of these being attached create better temps? The biggest worry I have thought of is since this is the same concept as a refrigerator's ice maker, would the very low temp combined with the high temps of a CPU running a full load cause condensation? please could you test and advise if this is worth it to do? Also how would it effect the Wattage, I hear they have a huge power draw and since I have a Dan Case SFX A4 V1 sporting a full sized GPU I'm limited on my psu size.
