    I have actually done this, I have done a full reinstall of Windows. The problem persists.

    Yes, I have, both drives say they are good. I used CrystalDiskInfo.

    Hello, I have built this PC around five years ago. The computer was very quick when I first built it, however it has slowed down over the years. I have wiped the desktop as well as run CCleaner to try and clean up some of the space. I also have very slow bootup times as well as slow downs when using Chrome or Microsoft Edge. I have gone through and killed the high resource using processes. Here are my specs.Motherboard - MSI Z97 PC Mate(MS-7850)Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce 970 4GB VramHard Drives - Crucial BX100 500GB SATA 2.5” 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal Solid State Drive, and Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB 7200 RPM 3.5" Internal Bare/OEM Drive.CPU - Intel Core I7-4790KMemory - Crucial 8GB Single DDR3 1600 MT/s PC3-12800 CL11 Unbuffered UDIMM 240-Pin Desktop Memory CT102464BA160BAny help is appreciated.
