    Sounds like a plugged water block. See if you can easily blow air thru loop.

    What goes up must come down, as long as you don't have big air bubble up high, a closed loop has no change in pressure with elevation.

    Are you hearing any spashing sounds? Did you do a lot of tipping of your case, the rad on top with outlets facing down can produce a large a bubble in the rad.

    Those numbers are the same as mine running prime 95 (high heat) with a 25c ambient. ek water block and a 120mm rad.

    I am running the same card and a r3600 on a 380 watt psu and can still overclock, 500 watts is more than enough.

    Very nice loop!!! Here is my Ryzen 1600, Ambient 23c, 70c max core. A 120 rad (Swiftech 1st gen.) 1 gentle typhoon 1800,1 comair rotron mc12b3. Blocks are ek supremacy mx and koolance gpu210 with a d5 pump, all in a lan party case.
