  3. Hi there, During my University days I extensively used my Surface and we had this tool called Novell to connect to the Universities Network and Libraries, etc. Now, this is quite a few years in the past now and Im starting to use my Surface again. However I keep running into a nuisance, Novell. You login to it over the Windows Login Screen. Now my problem is, its the default login, which means I cant use Windows Hello or anything, I have to select my own account manually each time Im logging in. I know this sounds minor but the annoyance just adds up over time. Now Ive tried to get rid of Novell by uninstalling it the proper way then manually removing leftover files. Yet its still the default login option. It doesnt show up in the Control Panel as a User. I've been looking all over the internet for a solution but havent been able to find anything. Im lost and turning to you. Thank you in advance for your time and effort! Flo
  4. Hello there, I will start with Infos on my Hard Drives: 120GB SSD for the OS 250GB SSD for Games(old and removed) 1TB SSD for Games (new) 1TB HDD for Games and Data A few days ago I formatted my secondary, 250GB SSD as I was planning on gifting it to my friend after upgrading to a 1TB SSD. Today I then switched out the old for the new drive and gave the new drive to my friend. Now my windows wont start, I only get the black and white screen telling me to put in a windows CD. Now I tried booting with a bootable USB Drive made with the Media Creation Tool, without success, repairs are not possible. Ive tried putting the 120GB SSD in Boot Priority 1, same result. Ive disconnected the other drives, same result. Any ideas on how to fix this without a complete clean windows reinstall? Thank you so much in advance for your time and help!
