  1. I don't quite understand what you wanted to say there but here's how it works, you download a setup thingy in which you enter your product key, and it then starts downloading your Windows ISO. It'll take some time though, a typical Windows ISO is about 3.5GB. After your done, just select install by creating media, and let it make your spare USB into a bootable flash drive for installing windows. And you will never need to do this process again, just pop in your USB, restart the computer and boot to your USB to start installing windows again if you ever need to. Don't lose your key though.
  2. Do you want to include a Windows License and Peripherals?
  3. Personally, I'd really like to see Linus do a review in which he unboxes the product first, and then does the review. That would be good.
  4. Dude stock coolers are fine. There's nothing wrong in them. They cool a stock clocked CPU fine, it's just that it's not made to cool an OC'ed CPU. That's all. And he did say that he is going to upgrade his CPU Cooler soon.
  5. I think this tutorial can walk you through, and seriously dude try searching Google, by doing that you'll find your answer faster and it's easier.
  6. 290 if you can.. I just cry when I look at the prices of the 290 in foreign countries, where I'm at the lowest end 290 sells for like $550
  7. G3258 will be good enough with a decent motherboard, and the stock cooler provided with that particular CPU is a little bit different. Which means you can push your CPU to 4Ghz on just the Stock Cooler.. As said by Darrin Lynch.
  8. Now that's what I call a project, awesome! Why not use a Shitbucket instead of a whole bathroom? /Sarcastic Comment
  9. The thing I like the most is that brushed aluminum look.
  10. I think I was 5 or 6, and I started on a Gameboy Advance playing Pokemon
  11. Why don't you take the easy way out and re-install windows? Just sayin'
  12. I've never thought of undervolting because I just have an awful PC right here with an i3-2120 and a Intel H61 Mobo.. And I don't really think it allows undervolting, or does it? Anyway, thank you for your concerns
  13. This is a good board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132044 You may get 2 sticks of 4GB or 1 sitck of 8GB of the new Fury ram. It's your choice, dual channel will not amount to a huge difference. I would go for 1 stick of the new Fury series ram. And it will give you an upgradable path to 16GB..
  14. Well, I'm in a desperate situation at the moment. Where I live it's constantly 118F! Imagine that. My PC's side panel is off and I don't have an aftermarket cooler. The Intel cooler can't do shit. When I'm playing BF3, the temp goes to 97C and stays there WITH my framerate capped at 31FPS. If I play at 60, the temps would go over 100C and my PC would shut down, and I can't do anything about it.. I'm going to upgrade anyway after a month. EDIT: Forgot to mention, those temps are with the A/C!
  15. I think it's just you, and "barely" doesn't describe the little variation there was.
  16. Nice review mate! I wasn't really expecting that good of a review TBH. Keep up the good work. Suggestion: You need to work on your outro, and you should have much more confidence.
  17. Use tapatalk, it's very handy in times like this.
  18. The MSI Lightning 780, or the 780 HOF from Galaxy I believe.
  19. I bought a GT 440 that I'm still using to this day, back when I was a big noob and din't know anything about GFX cards. And I specifically bought the 2GB DDR3 model instead of the 1GB GDDR5 one because of dem GB on a 1280x1024 screen.
  20. My favorite part is that those bezels are so thin and those volume/lock controls on the back.
  21. Burnout Paradise, and Dead Space for me. And Call of Duty MW3, I just hated its multi-player.
  22. You shouldn't overclock anything in a laptop, it's not worthwhile. You won't really get that much of a performance increase and the temperatures of the components in a laptop are always pretty high, and you definitely don't want them to get higher.
